Abstract


This paper presents preliminary findings in an exploratory study of email in the lives of kindergarten to grade 12 (K-12) teachers. Though a technology that provides many benefits such as speed and ease of use, experiential accounts of teachers reveal that the nature of email that teachers receive after hours may be impacting their sense of well-being.
